HOT STONE MASSAGE

Hot Stone Massage has historically been used across many cultures, including Thai, Native Americans, Chinese and Scandinavians. The heat from the stones draws blood to the skin capillaries, flushing the epidermis with oxygen. It also helps to separate the muscle fibres, allowing the masseuse greater access.
60 minutes: $105.00
90 minutes: $160.00

TRADITIONAL THAI OIL MASSAGE (SOFT TISSUE MASSAGE)

Oil massage works on both the body and the mind; the massage stimulates the circulatory system, generating increased blood flow to the brain and organs. At the same time your muscles are gently stretched and re-aligned to their correct orientation, a common problem in the 21st century with many of us desk or chair bound.
30 minutes Head & Shoulder, Back or Legs (choose on arrival): $55.00
Full Body:
60 minutes: $90.00
90 minutes: $130.00

THAI FOOT MASSAGE

Our poor feet; we take them so for granted. They are perhaps the most ignored yet most overworked part of our bodies. They are the furthest from the heart and last on the circulatory cycle. Your feet will greatly appreciate the freshly oxygenated blood that comes from the vigorous stimulation of a traditional Thai foot massage.
30 minutes: $55.00
60 minutes: $90.00

TOP QUESTIONS

WHEN DOES MY TIME START FROM?

For a room massage your time starts from the time you enter the room to change. For a head and shoulders or foot massage, your time starts from the time your massage begins.

DO YOU TREAT PATIENTS WITH SEVERE HEALTH PROBLEMS?

We strongly recommend that should you have a serious health issue you talk to your regular doctor before a massage. Massage can stimulate blood flow to all your tissues and glands (including lymph nodes). This means massage may not be recommended for people with blood pressure issues, cancer etc. We do conduct a short interview before every massage to help identify any potential contraindictions.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THAI MASSAGE AND OIL MASSAGE?

Thai massage is a deep tissue massage; it involves a lot of pressure from the masseuse on particular points and extensive muscle stretching. Oil massage is a lighter form of massage, gently manipulating the muscles and tendons, and encouraging circulation to the epidermis.
